Your route to work in Poland

Tell us about your experience ↗

Eight steps we discuss together. Documents, travel and arrival are tailored to your country and specific project.

  1. 01

    Choose a job offer

Check tasks, location and requirements. Ask about current recruitment.

  2. 02

    Speak with a consultant

Discuss experience, language, pay, contract, housing and travel. Know the terms before departing.

  3. 03

    Prepare the formalities

We coordinate required documents directly or with partners, supporting the appropriate work-authorisation and visa processes where needed.

  4. 04

    Plan your flight and arrival

Once terms and required formalities are confirmed, agree travel, date and airport. Share flight details and a contact number.

  5. 05

    Meet your arrival contact

Airport pickup or onward travel is organised as agreed. Receive the meeting point and responsible contact’s number.

  6. 06

    Settle into your housing

Check your room, housing rules, costs and commute. Confirm equipment and whom to contact if needed.

  7. 07

    Complete induction and paperwork

At the office or agreed location, confirm paperwork, receive work information and complete required induction before starting work.

  8. 08

    Start work with support

Know your schedule, coordinator and time-recording arrangements. Discuss continued residence questions with our team.
