Do you guarantee a residence card?+

Support covers the agreed preparation and case assistance. The competent authority decides; neither approval nor a decision date is guaranteed.

How long does a case take?+

It depends on the case and authority. After review we outline our actions and your deadlines; we do not promise a decision date.

Should I send my passport immediately?+

A short description is enough initially. We agree a document-sharing method after defining support.
