Tailored soft-skills training

Communication, team management, leadership, motivation, negotiation and intercultural cooperation. We build the programme around situations in your business and select exercises, trainers and evaluation methods.

Vocational and technical training

We organise preparation for forklift, overhead-crane, crane and mobile elevating work-platform operators. We agree equipment types, participant level, theory, practice and preparation for the relevant examination. We also develop MAG/TIG welding skills and other industry-specific training, with suitable instructors.

Training for international employees

We also arrange vocational training for employees who do not speak Polish, including forklift operators. Before training, we agree the teaching language, materials, interpreter needs and communication during practical sessions. Examination arrangements and language requirements are confirmed for each qualification. This helps businesses develop their whole multilingual workforce.

Consulting and needs assessment

We help identify skill gaps, plan team development and choose career pathways. Workshops can be combined with management consultations, competence assessment and recommendations for everyday work.

EU funding and development support

We help businesses identify funding opportunities for training and consulting and organise project plans. We have experience delivering EU co-funded projects. Availability, eligibility and funding levels depend on the current programme and the company’s circumstances; we check these before preparing a proposal.

AI, digital skills and emerging needs

Our offer includes practical artificial intelligence, digital tools and workflow improvement. Topics match business processes and participants’ levels. Technical development can be combined with communication, safety and teamwork.

BUR and the SUS 3.0 quality standard

We are listed as a training and consulting provider in PARP’s Development Services Database (BUR), provider 12763. The profile lists a SUS 3.0 training-service quality certificate. BUR helps verify providers and access eligible funded services under the relevant programme. Equipment-operator qualifications are obtained by participants after meeting requirements and passing the appropriate examination; the provider’s quality certificate has a separate scope.
