Verify the entity and contact channel

Match the full name, tax number and address against the contract. Check agencies in KRAZ, companies in KRS and sole traders in CEIDG. Our contact page lists details and registry links. Confirm unusual requests through a known company channel.

An agency may not charge a foreign national for placement with an employer in Poland. Distinguish this from clearly described costs of other services and official fees.

Documents and charges must be clear

Do not sign documents you do not understand or surrender your passport for retention. For any charge, ask what service it covers, who receives it and how it is documented. Do not pay for a “guaranteed visa”; the competent authority decides.

If a problem occurs

Keep the contract, messages and time records. For workplace issues, you can contact the State Labour Inspection. In an emergency requiring rescue services, call 112. It is not a recruitment enquiry number.
