Discussing Polish employers’ needs
Dawid Seifert, President of OKAP, met Wahyu Permana, chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Indonesian Embassy. The discussion covered employers’ needs in Poland, information exchange and safe, lawful employment for Indonesian citizens. Positive dialogue and a shared commitment to fair work provide a basis for continuing relations.
Agreements with recruitment partners
Our Polish company has entered into cooperation agreements with recruitment agencies in Indonesia. These partnerships help align candidate profiles, required skills and preparation for departure. Recruitment agreements with agencies are separate from our dialogue with the embassy.
Experience that grows in Poland
Indonesian workers join our projects in a range of occupations. Through daily work they learn workplace routines, develop skills and gain experience. Further training and qualifications depend on the role and project. Our experience of this cooperation is very positive, and we want to develop it over the long term.
We welcome candidates from Indonesia
