Personal meetings build relationships
Dawid Seifert’s participation in an economic conference on cooperation with Uzbekistan provided an opportunity to discuss international recruitment and develop relationships. Direct contact helps us understand the local market and partners’ and candidates’ expectations.
A profession and language before departure
Uzbekistan develops vocational and language preparation for people interested in working abroad. The Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers works with overseas partners and organises preparation aligned with employers’ needs. Programmes include construction, transport, hospitality, culinary services and healthcare.
Experience for workers and the economy
Working abroad can mean learning new technologies, quality standards and workplace organisation. Skills gained can also benefit workers after returning home and support local businesses. We see international cooperation as an opportunity for careers and the exchange of experience.
Our project experience
Our experience with workers from Uzbekistan is very positive. Across many projects we value their commitment, care and willingness to learn. Many stay with us for a long time, helping build stable teams. This reflects the individuals we work with, for whom conscientious work and family responsibility matter.
